Payroll2U was founded on a simple belief: that payroll across Asia is too complex, too high-stakes, and too important to be a side function of a generalist HR platform.
While other providers added payroll as one feature among dozens, we went the other way. We chose to do one thing — payroll — and to do it across the markets where compliance is hardest: Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, and Vietnam.
To deliver that, we built our own software, smartPAY, entirely in-house. No licensed third-party platforms, no dependencies we couldn't control. When a country changes its contribution rates, we update our system ourselves — ahead of the deadline.
